Office,
you must make sure that your translated documents are done by a member of the above institution.
Otherwise,
they will return your documents and ask you to translate and send your documents again by
referring to an official and registered translator.
In this case, not only will you incur additional costs, but also your case will be processed
longer than usual.

Both letters state that the translator must be "registered" and emphasize that the translator
must be a "member of the official Institute of Linguists."
